New Town Farms is a small family farm in Waxhaw, North Carolina established in 1990 by Sammy and Melinda Koenigsberg. They focus on the art and craft of growing vegetables in their five acre garden and have diversified to include pastured poultry, pastured laying hens, and heritage breed, free range hogs.

Duke's Bread

Duke’s specializes in quality artisan breads made with simple, all-natural ingredients. They maintain a 200-year-old sourdough starter that is incorporated into all of their sourdough based doughs, which is aged for up to 24 hours prior to baking in order to develop a deep, delicious flavor.
